- Has obtained bachelor degree with good marks.
- Has solid financial support to afford the study and living expenses in China.
- IELTS or TOEFL certificate. You can also provide an English proficiency certificate, like the certificate that could prove you were taught in English before, and there will also be an interview to check your English proficiency.
Note: After accepted, students need to pay deposit one year tuition fee to university.

*9. Notarized highest degree transcripts, and then get the notarized copy certified by local Chinese embassy or consulate.
1.Transcripts that are not in Chinese or English must be translated into Chinese and then notarized.
2.After notarization, they must also be authenticated by the local Chinese embassy or consulate (for countries that are part of the Hague Convention, an Apostille is required).
3.You must bring the original transcripts, as well as the original notarization and authentication documents, when reporting for registration. Otherwise, you will not be able to complete the registration.*10. Notarized highest degree graduation certificate, and then get the notarized copy certified by local Chinese embassy or consulate.
For students from countries joined Hague Conventions could provide apostille documents. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English need to be translated into Chinese during notarization, and make sure you bring all original application documents including these to China during registration.

Including study purpose, research interest and research plan in brief.

For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
